What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage payables, receivables (including collections), and depreciation
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Research and document accounting issues
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports – AR, COGS, Cash Flow, P&L, etc.
- Submit month-end reports and prepare year-end financials for tax returns
- Process weekly payroll
Who We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in QuickBooks and/or Xero
- Experience analyzing financial data and/or budgeting
