Immediately hiring-Content Marketing Coordinator
The content marketing coordinator is responsible for a wide range of content development, writing, and editing related to the TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK corporate blog and social media channels, corporate website, email, local and national advertising, and any other external marketing collateral. This position will be expected to sustain and develop the company’s voice across all external and select internal channels. Candidates must have a knack and love for writing and a comprehensive understanding of the content marketing industry.

What You'll Do:
Duties/Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with content marketing manager, to develop, implement, and measure comprehensive social media strategy for TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK integrating general brand, franchise development, and careers initiatives.
- Write, publish, post, and measure content for TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK corporate blog platform while maintaining the brand’s style and tone of voice; analyze data to improve blog strategies and tactics; grow blog subscribers and expand the overall blog's reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, developing monthly content strategy and topics for blog, social media, and website platforms.
- Collaborate with the technical marketing coordinator and the web product team to develop and implement ongoing website strategy to optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Digital Advertising Team to create, write, edit, and implement effective digital ad copy for national and local advertising including display, PPC and email.
- Coordinate and manage social media campaigns and updates for all TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK social media accounts, international accounts, blog and YouTube channels, working with outside vendors as needed.
- Maintain all corporate social media outlets to include, but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and Thread.
- Utilize technology to increase TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK brand on social media and track social media results.
- Monitor all social media outlets to protect brand and interact with followers on a regular basis; work closely with Customer Care team to appropriately respond to customer issues.
- Work with outside vendor for additional campaigns, as needed.
- Develop and implement corporate social media contests as needed.
- Identify and develop influencer opportunities, as needed.
- Work closely with local franchise marketers on building synergy between corporate and local social content, sharing best practices and recommendations.
- Support franchise support team on social strategies as needed.
- Assist in developing internal messages for the TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK system that are clear, informative, and engaging leading to improved communication system wide.
- Improve efficiency of video shoots by conducting interviews, gathering additional content, taking photos, and writing video scripts.
- Review and update the corporate social media franchise guidelines bi-annually.
- Stay current on social media and content marketing trends keeping the organization in the forefront of new channels, stories, and technology.

- Communication skills to maximize effectiveness while collaborating and working with various teams and vendors; these skills include active listening, written, verbal and non-verbal communications.
- Understanding of writing for search engine optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
- Flexible writing style for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Excellent knowledge/understanding of social media outlets and communication approach to best support outlet.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Excellent knowledge and application of the AP Style Guide.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- PowerPoint Skills and general presentation.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing and content creation experience preferred.
