Responsibilities
- Greets every member with a smile and welcoming attitude
- Accurately record and enter all reservations information
- Provide accurate time estimates and waits for table
- Act in a professional manner with the awareness that most actions and communications are within member views, ensure congenial atmosphere for all
- Help maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas
- Maintain positive communications and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors: Front and Back of House
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to engage respectfully with members, guests and fellow associates
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Must be at least 16 years of age
