Two Stories Woodworking is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to elevate our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of high-end residential projects, upholding the utmost standards of craftsmanship and quality.

- Oversee and lead new construction, framing, additions, decks, foundations, roofs, trim, cabinetry, and finishing work
- Actively engage with clients to maintain effective communication throughout projects
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling based on the Construction Director's plan and upholding quality standards
- Identify and address any deviations from the project scope before commencement; ensure timely material takeoffs to facilitate the procurement of necessary construction materials
- Oversee jobsite preparation, cleanliness, and safety measures; adhere strictly to building codes and regulations
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Experience: 5 years in a home construction-related field, with at least 2 years managing job sites
- Proficiency in Google Drive, CoConstruct software, Job Tread
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and machines, and measure materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate people
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
