Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: 100% REMOTE Work
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $Open/hr.
Position Description:
- Responsible for best design practices and leadership within a team for large implementation.
- Design, implement and coordinate Java development.
- Technical analysis of development, issue mitigation, coordinate workload.
- Lead team of 5 individuals and direct workload accordingly.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in a technical role focused on Java, angular and related technologies.
- Prior lead experience supporting a team of 5 individuals.
- Ability to work within a system of other team leads to align deadlines, disperse work, give direction, etc.
- Expertise within SQL database.
Bonus Skills:
- Prior experience and knowledge within healthcare is desirable.
