Position: Clerk IV [0813] E
Program: Amarillo, Texas – Intake Crisis & Screening
Salary: $14.91/hr.
Shift Available: Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
- Gathers information from clients in order to complete financial assessments
- Provides support for the medication assistance program
- Coverage for the front desk staff as needed
- Data entry into various company software
- Constant client contact both in person and by phone
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months experience in a clerical, clinic/office, or healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
- Must be 18 years or age or older
Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:
- 1 years of clerical experience in a clinic setting
- Bilingual a plus
- Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
