Position: Clerk IV [0813] E

Program: Amarillo, Texas – Intake Crisis & Screening

Salary: $14.91/hr.

Shift Available: Full-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
• Gathers information from clients in order to complete financial assessments
• Provides support for the medication assistance program
• Coverage for the front desk staff as needed
• Data entry into various company software
• Constant client contact both in person and by phone

Required qualifications to be successful in the job:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience in a clerical, clinic/office, or healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
• Must be 18 years or age or older

Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:

• 1 years of clerical experience in a clinic setting
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
