Job Category Property/Real Estate Management Position Summary This role is responsible for providing facilities planned program support to BSRO’s 2,200 retail location portfolio. Responsibilities Responsible for management and execution of planned maintenance programs across the 2,200-store portfolio, including but not limited to HVAC PMs, evaporative cooler PMs, metal roof inspections, and electrical safety inspection program. Responsible for vendor performance management and contract pricing validation for all planned programs. Responsible for coordination with field operations team on scheduling and completion of planned program work. Responsible for management and execution of on-demand equipment installation program ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, within contract pricing and timing parameters. On average 200 locations included annually. Responsible for managing to resolution landlord responsible maintenance work across 1,400 leased locations, working cross functionally with the Facilities, Lease Administration, and Legal teams Provide timely resolution to new store warranty issues, working cross functionally with the construction managers, developers, general contractors, and field operations team Support the Facility Project Managers on the RFP process for large projects Oversee the establishment and management of new planned maintenance programs, including managing the RFP for new services. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by real estate leadership. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment Minimum 2-3 year of facility maintenance or construction administration experience Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve without direction Capable of working within a changing environment Strong communication skills and intense focus on customer support The ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines Ability to collaborate and operate cross-functionally BS, BA required.
