POSITION : Sewing Machine Operator
This is a production sewing position. Consistency, quality, attention to detail and high efficiency are required. TYR is proud to have a diverse workforce, including 7 different languages on our manufacturing floor!!
Duties & Responsibilities Include but not Limited to :
- Works well independently.
- Comfortable using different sewing machines (as necessary according to the need of the product) in order to sew fabrics together.
- Cut away excess threads after sewing with the trimmer on the sewing machine.
- Prepare set up and clean the sewing machine as required in order to uphold Company regulations and quality standards.
- Present and maintain a professional behavior.
- Uphold Company regulations and quality standards while performing the tasks.PM21
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Good time management skills to meet / complete daily tasks and time-lines.
- Willingness to be a team player, dedicated to quality work and maintaining an excellent attendance record
- Results oriented.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes or restructure of priorities.
