About the Role

We are looking for an Project Manager- Tyr Rewards to join our team to build our app Tyr Rewards Growth of Tyr Rewards traffic, new and existing offer wall partners. Ensure that the ideas and knowledge are being shared within the team. If you are passionate about building addictive products that people interact with multiple times a day and at the same time believe in target achievement, we will want to talk!

Job Description:

TyrAds is a highly cohesive team operating in an exciting and fast-paced Agile development environment. The team is responsible for the customer-facing mobile applications and related client facing web applications. We are searching for a strong Project Manager for our exciting Mobile Applications and other client facing tools. This is a hands-on position where the Project Manager will be involved in business requirements, analysis, functional and technical designs and specifications, testing, working with key strategic partners, and more. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects under demanding timelines.

Responsibilities:

1) Help build the Roadmap of the app and brief the development team and what needs to be done.

2) Help build the community of the Tyr reward app on discord and actively engage with the community

3) Help Build the team required to service the community build up of Tyr Rewards

4) Work on building a marketing plan to ensure the app archives its goals in 2023

5) Analyse ad campaign results and derive learnings and actionable insights for our business partners

6) Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign management and find creative solutions to complex problems

7) Use various channels to communicate with TyrAds partners and discuss campaign results and opportunities to grow the mutual activity.

8) Work within a team of Customer Success Managers to take on special projects for important initiatives including inventory management, testing, forecasting, and achieving team goals.

9) Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budget.

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

1) Basic knowledge of using attribution platforms.

2) Good communication skill and have current/active connections to his/her offer wall clients

3) 2-3 years of experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation,

4) Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements,

5) Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information,

6) The ability to frame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptance,

7) Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail.

8) Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.

Technical Knowledge:

1) Flutter knowledge

2) Jira project management knowledge

Qualifications

1) A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, or project management.

2) Relevant work experience in project management, particularly in the software development or mobile app industry.

3) Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

4) Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

5) Knowledge of mobile app development processes, including design, testing, and deployment.

6) Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient,

7) Experience working with a community and working with Discord to communicate with the community

8) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

9) Attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

10) Project Management Professional certification highly desirable,

11) Strong analytical/problem solving skills,

12) Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives,

13) Deep understanding of common Agile practices and service-oriented environments.
