What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Marination Attnd Labor PR03 position at Tyson Farms, Inc.?

Job Details: : The marination operator is responsible for monitoring the marination mixing process and for also making sure that quality assurance is monitoring the process. The ingredients and the specific quantities of ingredients are the responsibility of the line supervisor at start-up; however, if marination has to be mixed a second time in a shift the marination person plays a role in the ingredient process, but with the help of supervision. It is the further responsibility of the marinator to make sure the vacuum massage tumblers and muellers (pre-marination meat hopper) are set up properly. The marination operator starts the marination process by dumping meat into the muellers and then weighing the total mueller once the meat is added. Then half of the meat is vacuumed out of the mueller and into the tumbler. At this point the marinator is to add marination to the remaining portion of meat and then vacuum the total remaining contents into the tumbler. The marinator must turn the tumbler on and allow it to run for the specified length of item. When the tumbler has stopped, the marinated meat is empted into a hopper where it will await processing. The marination operator must do all required paperwork for the marination procedure, such as recording weights, gallons, minutes etc. Marinators must be able to operate a pallet jack to move hoppers, muellers and sometimes pallets of breading and all other duties assigned.
