- SUMMARY : This position is responsible for conducting pre-operative inspection of the facility. Other duties include : inspect and audit products for adherence of Tyson and USDA guidelines;
- conduct necessary testing, inspection, and monitoring of activities associated with production; monitor finished boxed product for compliance;
- document record keeping activities; monitor and insure compliance with plant HACCP and SSOP programs; assist in special projects;
perform other duties assigned by the shift supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS :
Experience : None required.
Computer Skills : Working knowledge of computers.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to pull, push, lift and carry 40 lb
or more repeatedly when required.
