SUMMARY
Step into the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where you'll be at the forefront of plant maintenance excellence. Lead a dynamic team of technicians, cultivating their skills and motivation for peak performance.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to shape and enforce maintenance policies, ensuring a secure and pristine work setting.
Take charge of preventative maintenance and equipment repairs, swiftly tackling issues to keep production humming without a hitch.
Your expertise in SQF Quality Management and GMP practices will be the cornerstone in fostering a culture of adherence to company policies.

REQUIREMENTS
promote a 'Safety First' culture amongst staff; and develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program for equipment and plant.
Education : Associate degree or college program certificate; or 5 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience : 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports. Experience in directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.
Industrial Maintenance experience 3-5) Management preferred
Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly in writing and understand the same.
Computer Skills : Must have basic PLC experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook at the intermediate level.
Experience with SAP a plus.
Position-Specific Requirements : Some weekend work required
