What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pottsville Sanitation -- D Shift position at Tyson Warehousing Services, LLC?
Job Details: Job Description This position is responsible for general housekeeping in the warehouse area - to include, but not limited to, warehouse, maintenance areas, offices, bathrooms, locker rooms, break room, and building interior/exterior - while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Duties Complete all items listed on the sanitation program checklist during the prescribed timeframe. Cleaning and scrubbing of warehouse floors on a daily basis. Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls in the warehouse as necessary. Light maintenance duties such as painting and assisting maintenance techs as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and tour ready facility. Will be working in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging between 34 degrees and -10 degrees. Must be able to lift between 40 - 50 lbs. periodically and to work independently within a team environment. Must be able to work overtime as required, be able to read write, and perform basic math functions. Must be willing to be forklift and other equipment certified. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
