What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at TZP Group?
TZP Group is a Private Equity Firm based in Midtown Manhattan which invests in lower-middle market companies in the Technology, Business, and Consumer Services and Products sectors. We currently have an opportunity to join us as a member of our outstanding administrative team. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to 4-6 Partners, including but not limited to scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, expense reports, and ad hoc projects.
- Project and program coordination, including annual Foundation and giving program, internal meetings and events, and candidate and portfolio leadership communication.
- Back up Managing Partner’s Executive Assistant as needed.
- Manage vendors in technology, telecom, travel, and other business services.
- Assist with the organization of team-building events and firm dinners.
- Back up receptionist and overall admin team as needed, including but not limited to booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings, meeting and greeting guests, and registering guests in the visitor system.
- Support other administrative functions as needed and other duties as assigned.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility required.
- Role is in-office, with opportunities for remote work periodically.
