About the Position: as Management Analyst located at HQ, FORSCOM, Fort Liberty, NC. Fort Liberty is a culturally diverse area with rural and city populations, co-located at Fayetteville, NC centrally located in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys a temperate year-round climate and world-renowned colleges and universities. Fayetteville is centrally located between the beautiful beaches of North Carolina and the scenic Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes :1). Experience with Unit Status Reporting (USR) system; 2). Experience with testing, evaluating and reporting requirements to improve the system; 3). Review and validate unit readiness reports that meet regulatory and command requirements; AND, 4). Ability to apply knowledge of pertinent laws, DOD/Army regulations, directives, and instructions and polices concerning operations, mobilization and readiness programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
