Job Description

Focuses on technological solution delivery by guiding and inspiring strong coding practices and solid software design decisions among their team. Responsible for growing and mentoring engineers as it relates to technical skills and career development. Assists with cross-team strategic efforts, influencing decisions to achieve efficient delivery of business value. Understands cross-team technical roadmaps, advocating new product abilities based on technical strategy and constraints.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to six years of relevant technical experience
  • Three to four years of leading a software engineering team


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • Experience with Automation Engineering in Ansible with APIs
  • Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform with an understanding of module development
  • Experience with Cloud Migration
  • Thorough understanding of low code, no code engineering
  • Leading contractor resources to meet project objectives
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of business strategy and how the technical and engineering strategy aligns to this
  • Advanced knowledge of information systems technology and software development processes and tools, especially industry specific applications
  • Strong understanding of developing automation and self-service solutions
  • Strong analytical, product management, tactical planning, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all parties involved in the product team (engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors, customers, etc.)
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
