Job Description
The Group Product Manager will provide strategic execution of New Product Development/ Emerging Solutions initiatives for Treasury Management products. This role partners closely with the Agile Journey Team to develop and drive the journey vision and strategy. Defines the roadmap for the journey's target state and leads the agile journey team to achieve this target-state solution. Responsible for defining and prioritizing the journey backlog to deliver on business vision and priorities. Provides constant feedback to the agile teams and helps the teams follow a vision. Responsible for ensuring the Journey team is aligned with project requirements they are accountable for. The Journey Owner must have a well-developed understanding of customer needs aligned with business objectives and build close relationships with key stakeholders to define the business strategy for the journey.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of product management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong product management, design, and development skills.
Considerable knowledge of product development, product launch and implementation.
Proficient in competitive analysis and data analytics.
Excellent management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in leading agile development teams to launch new products
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant domains, products, and journeys
Recognized as an expert in assigned Journey area
Ability to collaborate and indirectly influence others
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
