Job Description
The Crisis Management Executive will lead enterprise crisis management by partnering with business line subject matter experts to ensure major incidents impacting the Bank are minimized. Additionally works with risk subject matter experts in both first and second lines of defense to aggregate and assess overall operational risk exposure to the Bank under a range of scenarios including cyber, resiliency, fraud, privacy and operations impacts. This executive will interact with regulatory agencies as needed.
The Crisis Management Executive will:
· Manage a team of crisis response professionals ensuring maximum availability of incident response assets at any time
· Lead the Crisis and Business Line teams during crises affecting the Bank
· Create novel crisis incident response exercises and develop plans to continuously increase the difficulty of those exercises
· Engage with Business Line leadership to periodically enhance incident response plans
· Provide vision and innovation for the crisis response team, expanding the capabilities of the company
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than 15 years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Crisis management experience
- Cybersecurity knowledge
- Fraud knowledge
- Systemic financial services industry risks.
- People Management Experience
- Banking Experience
- Ability to lead by example and influence change
- Ability to present to Executive Leadership

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $160,480.00 - $188,800.00 - $207,680.00
