This leader will collaborate with the revenue and sales organization to define business goals and create a plan to meet them by delivering the best-in-class product experiences to deepen customer engagement in the key verticals.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify key market trends, customer trends, behaviors, and pain points in key verticals to differentiate and solve for.Lead the product team to gain a deep understanding of key verticals to generate new ideas on solutions that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the vertical solutions.Be the owner of the portfolio’s P&L, ensuring key opportunity areas are identified and translated into relevant initiatives.Define and own clear business key performance indicators, key results, and product goals around the entire customer life cycle from awareness, consideration, acquisition, usage, expansion, and retention.Have a data-driven mind-set to continuously monitor KPI’s, client satisfaction to optimize the product offerings.Build the business case for vertical expansion strategy.Leverage a global mindset to ensure solutions will scale across geographies where applicableSet clear goals, managing team loads and allocating capacity, removing roadblocks, ensuring deadlines are met and setting your team members for overall success an optimize overall R&D spend.Partner with a cross functional team across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Platform, Legal and Risk to execute on plans to deliver exceptional experiences and meet financial goals.Lead and manage external technology partners – setting the vision for their product development roadmap and ongoing engagement to ensure timely delivery of productsEngage with Elavon’s Executive Team to present product strategy, update on progress and performancePreferred Skills/Experience15 years of experience in product management, 5 years of managing product teams or a combination of both experiencesMBA preferredExperience in product management in at least one of the key verticals across Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Public Sector and/or Healthcare.Ability to partner with sales to engage with customers to gain deep understanding of customer needs and translating it efficiently into strategy and initiatives to drive impact.Experience in cloud technologies and working with platform teams.Deep understanding of digital product best practices and agile methodologyA proven track record of successfully developing enterprise products that meet needs and drives business impactAbility to develop relationships with cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering, other Product leaders, User experience Innovation, Marketing, and other business partnersExperience working with external partners on product development and deliveryStrong communication and storytelling skills, communicating concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on contextAbility to use data to drive decision-making at all levels within an organizationStrong managerial skills in hiring, leading, growing and upskilling direct and indirect reports.Strong communication and presentation skills especially with executive audiences.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
