Inside Sales Support Person will work with office staff and customers to promote products and services. Also provide administrative support for the sales management. Our customers are at the core of our business and the Sales Assistant is an integral component of that relationship. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-moving team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the activities of the sales management and others in office
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, and texts
• Schedules site assessments with customers and internal team members.
• Keeps detailed records of customer interactions, project documentation
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Communicate effectively and help market our products and services
• Learn to develop an accurate proposal based on material, equipment and labor costs
• Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications and collaborate with others in the office on projects
• Provides general office / administrative support answering phones, taking messages, maintaining files
• Represents the company in a positive and professional manner
• Supporting all business aspects of the company as directed
• Other duties as related and directed

Qualifications/Experience:

• Excellent communication (oral/written), and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, independent worker
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced computer skills with various software (including word, excel, powerpoint)
• Effective presentation skills
• Effective time management
• Technically savvy and mechanically minded a plus
• Construction industry knowledge a plus

Wage: Range: $16-$18 per hour based on qualifications and experience plus commission.

Position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but not limited to this schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
