U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./LADE has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager. This is a leadership role that is responsible for sales management, inventory and operations management, and overall P&L responsibilities.
Duties to Include:
- Set and achieve branch financial goals
- Provide a "Best in class" work environment for employees and customers
- Promote stated goals
- Coach, mentor, hire, and train branch staff
- Strive for high market share
- Work with Senior Management to achieve strategic advantage
Skills Required:
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the Electrical Wholesale industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of operational procedures
- The ability to organize, develop and execute a business plan
