Qualifications:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As the Telecommunication Manager you will be responsible for the network planning for future projected systems capabilities and requirements; prepare and/or review equipment procurement and installation; provide liaison between technical personnel developing detail specifications and customer problems and/or delays; review and develop programming fund documents from vendor proposals; and negotiate project issues on behalf of the organization at meetings.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
