What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at U.S. Merchants?
Assist with recruiting, conducting training, evaluations, disciplinary forms, maintain employee records, maintain Worker's Comp protocols, other office administrative duties, other HR responsibilities as needed, maintaining attendance records.
Understanding of Federal and State labor and employment regulations.
Fluent in both English/ Spanish
Minimum 3 years HR experience
Computer skills - Office, Excel and payroll software (helpful)
Courses in HR and/or certificate program a plus

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
