This position is located at US Mint,Philadelphia Mint-MANUF DEPT/Plant Mgr PA/OFFICE OF ADMIN/SAFETY AND HEALTH DIVISION PA. As a Occupational Health Nurse, you will perform a full range of occupational health nurse duties, including emergency treatment of minor injuries, routine screenings for hearing and vision, managing work-related injury claims and associated recordkeeping, and administering annual influenza immunizations
Qualifications:
You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.LICENSURE: Applicants must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination. In addition, they must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
AND
For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Overseeing physician/nursing care plans; AND
- Reviewing and making recommendations for improvement to quality of overall nursing care, AND
- Possession of a diploma, associates degree, bachelors degree, or masters degree from a professional nursing educational program.
- Successful completion of a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from a professional nursing educational program or related medical science field.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-11 you must have been at the GS-09level for 52 weeks.
Salary : $75,833 - $98,580
