Qualifications :
- Must have CDL A & 21 years or older.
- Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
- Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from 57 - 64 CPM depending on route and experience.
- Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
