Position requires running a steady supply of parts. Measuring and inspecting each part to print using dial calipers and micrometers. Change tools at required intervals setting tools and performing adjustments as needed. Well proven programs for these specific parts, also run mills for these parts setting tools and performing adjustments as needed. Keep machines in good running order. Maintain a clean work area. Ability to keep the paperwork in order while making these parts.
This position is open to experienced personnel and also to those with a strong desire to learn machining. The right candidate will be open to learning more of the processes to make other parts that have been made manually. Must be a team player.
We are a small shop and the candidate must be willing to wear more than one hat. We have been in business since 1965. We serve the Semi-conductor market, medical and oil and gas industry. We have quarterly bonuses, accordingly.
