Patient Services Scheduler - Inverness Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic

Position Description

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4pm, Friday, 7am - 2pm

Work Location: Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic, Inverness

To contact patient or responsible party to obtain missing information or incomplete demographic information or insurance information. To verify insurance through electronic process. To contact insurance company to obtain eligibility and verification of all covered and non-covered services for scheduled appointments. To handle all portions of new patient and simulation scheduling and pull daily reports.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience required.

Dental Clinic Experience Preferred.
