Billing Account Specialist

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire an Billing Account Specialist to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC.

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, and HP. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

Department: Administration
Reports To: Contract Billing Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time / Hourly

Purpose

This position is responsible for processing and approving 3rd party service supply invoices.

Responsibilities

This position involves regular communication with external and internal customers to insure proper billing of 3rd party service and supply revenue. Individual must offer strong communication and problem solving skills as these are essential to the daily tasks of this position. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Process and approve 3rd party service/supply invoices and submit to A/P for payment
• Track dealer invoices via spreadsheet
• Contract Audit
• Contract set up
• Other duties as needed
