Responsibilities
1、负责Ubiquiti UniFi产品的UX设计工作(包括Web、iOS、Android端)，从设计策略到设计执行的全流程工作；
2、和产品经理一起构思创意，提供具备优质产品体验的整体解决方案；
3、参与建⽴和维护设计标准和规范，协助提升设计团队合作流程和效率；
4、关注并分析流行产品和竞品设计趋势，研究目标用户需求，体验诉求与审美倾向，并迅速优化现有产品；

 

Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，设计类相关专业；3年以上的互联网或智能硬件设计经验；
2、熟练使⽤原型设计⼯具，如Sketch、Figma、Axure 等，具备良好的团队合作能⼒和沟通能⼒；
3、精通各类设计方法论并灵活应用；深度理解Web、iOS、Android端的官方设计原则和规范；
4、极度重视细节，追求像素级完美，具备人机交互设计与用户洞察能力；
5、对前沿科技，设计探索有浓厚兴趣，自我驱动力强，同时有驱动团队的经验；
6、英语可以作为工作语言
