We are a uBreakiFix franchisee looking for a Front End In-Store Solutions Technician have great passion for technology and connecting customers to products that enhance their everyday lives through exceptional customer support and technical expertise. We sell solution-based products, protection plans and services by building authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. The In-Store Solutions Technician will work inside a retail store, and be the face of uBreakiFix, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
What you will do:
- Sell personalized product solutions that meet customer needs
- Expand your knowledge of uBreakiFix and Asurion’s products and culture
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Demonstrate uBreakiFix’s Core Values with integrity in all interactions
- Be responsible for customer device check-in and check-out
- Present and sell related accessories and product protection plans.
- Acquire 5 star Google reviews.
- Follow up on all leads.

- One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
- Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations

- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Are 18 or older
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Compensation - hourly with uncapped commissions for selling protection plans, accessories and 5 star Google reviews.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
