Job Summary
UBU is seeking the right person to manage the promotional product sales cycle for existing clients with a goal of maximizing sales. This position will interact directly with existing clients to provide customer service and present creative product and service solutions. If you communicate well, can learn new products quickly and enjoy interacting with customers while maintaining database information, this position may be a good fit for you. You will be taught the products and how to quote the prices on the job.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client accounts and increase sales and gross profit margins
- Expand sales with existing clients by introducing additional solutions and services
- Being the product & service expert
- Presenting creative product & service solutions
- Dealing with objections and closing sales
- Managing the order writing and client confirmation process
- Following up with the client post-delivery
- Effectively communicate, build, and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring new products and client projects
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate, build, and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
- Outstanding written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly while under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines
- Strong belief in a systematic and structured approach to selling that includes the use of CRM technology to manage your daily routine and be proactive
- Proficient in the use with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
