Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience planning, coordinating and conducting research and evaluation projects.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods, sharing of research and evaluation findings, and report writing.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- California driver's license or the ability to obtain one as required by the Department of Motor Vehicle
- Knowledge of research-specific computer application programs including Excel, SPSS, R-studios and Tableau Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
- Analytical / problem-solving skills.
- Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses.
- Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

Strong policy analysis techniques.

Master’s Degree preferred
- Must have immediate access to transportation for attendance at off-site meetings with partners.
- Must pass a background check.
