Position Summary:
The Cancer Research Institute is an Organized Research Unit within UCI’s Office of Research. The Department’s role is to ensure the success of basic cancer research at UC Irvine main campus. Located in Sprague Hall, CRI is the administrative contact for the building, and supports the cancer laboratories located within. The CRI also runs several organizational grants (ACS IRG, T32) and local, national, and international events.
Uses professional concepts. Applies organizational policies and procedures to resolve various issues. Works on problems of limited to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Contacts will be both internal to the department and external to ensure practices are kept updated and timely.
