Pay: $18.54 - $24.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Transports inventory, charts, labs, and mail between system facilities and documents items upon departure and arrival at end destination.

Responsibilities:
Delivers inventory, supplies, equipment, mail, schedules, patient charts, x-rays, labs, and other non-hazardous items to the end destination. Confirms request matches pick-up item and documents per protocol.

Reviews paperwork and requisitions for completeness and accuracy. Picks-up and delivers urgent items as requested. Verifies the request has been completed.

Files reports and requisitions. Updates route maps, lists and instructions. Maintains relationships and communication with key stakeholders and internal teams.

Transport supplies and equipment via box truck when required.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

  Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
  Required Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license required. Signed System Driver Agreement required. If establishing residency, must acquire Colorado driver's license within 30 days pursuant to Colorado state law.
  Minimum Experience: None required.1 year of professional box truck driving experience preferred.
