Under the direction of the Director of the Neurology Education, the Residency Coordinator will assist in managing the daily administrative activities of the residency program as outlined in the ACGME Institutional, Common Program, Specialty Program Guidelines for Graduate Medical Education and the governing boards. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, program faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters. This will include managing newly approved PGY1 internal medicine year for 9 residents per year in addition to the 29 Adult Neurology Residents.
The Residency Coordinator also provides administrative support for the academic functions associated with residents. This may include assisting with monitoring and matching evaluations in Medhub, creating Qualtrics surveys, running reports, processing reimbursements, updating alumni database, assisting with special events and other assignments as assigned. You will also prepare a variety of documentation associated with program operations; distribute documentation or retain records as appropriate. In addition, you will provide support to the education office and the Director of Neurology Education.

Graduate medical education or related field preferred
Knowledge of the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), National Residency Matching Program (NRMP),
Accreditation Data System/Case Log System (ADS), FRIEDA, and other residency database systems
