DescriptionUnder the direction of the Principal Food Service Manager, Senior Food Service Manager supervises and coordinates daily operations of Patient Room Service. Duties include: * Responsible for supervising, training, and job performance evaluations of food service supervisors, and food service workers. * Monitoring tray operations process to ensure timely meal service for patients. * Supervising and coordinating cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and work areas. * Coordinating daily activities of call center, running reports, checking ambassadors' communication logs, tray pick-up reports, and monitoring menu presentation process and assistance provided to patients. * Performing ambassador and patient floor rounds * Making recommendations on service improvements Salary: $26.48- $53.40 Hourly
