The Radiology Administrative Analyst provides administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) office under the general direction of the Principal I Administrative Analyst, Supervisor. They will work to provide HR functions and services for Radiology faculty, staff, students and visitors while engaging with various offices in the David Geffen School of Medicine, the UCLA Health System. In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities, perform general duties and contribute to the overall maintenance of an effective team-managed and goal oriented office environment.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Assist employees with online benefits enrollment and troubleshooting related issues
- Maintain internal, departmental GSR database
- Manage staff leave of absences
- Off-board separating employees
- On-board new employees
- Verify awards within the Graduate Division
