What are the responsibilities and job description for the Programming and Operations Coordinator position at UCLA?
The Institute for Research on Labor and Employment consists of 5 sub-units that provide multidisciplinary research outreach and a forum for education to the UCLA community and beyond in the field of labor and employment relations with regards to the challenges of working people. The Institute has a multi-million dollar operating budget that includes state and contract & grants.
The Program and Operations Coordinator will provide independent, detailed and complex analysis and support in the areas of operations, finance, human resources, and research. Major duties include financial reporting and forecasting, special projects, facilities management, personnel analysis, and high level administrative tasks. The Administrative Analyst will work closely with the HR Manager and CAO to oversee special projects, speaker series, annual conference and events.
