The FEMBA Program seeks to provide innovative academic and networking opportunities for students who hold full-time managerial positions.
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Student Experience, the Student Experience Advisor supports educational initiatives, programs, relationships, classes and special events and student services assumes the following primary responsibilities: manages a class of ~250 graduate students (registration fee collection, student affairs, and curriculum advising); manages a variety of critical student services; supervises ~10 undergraduate office assistants; provides leadership and/or assistance with projects and events that are organized by FEMBA Program's Student Experience office; works closely with FEMBA students and staff, Anderson faculty and administrators, UCLA campus services, and external vendors; manage a variety of new and continuing projects and activities that support FEMBA Operations and Student Services, requiring a high level of competency in the use of use of Microsoft Office software programs. Responsibilities require need to work a flexible schedule and as a fully-participating member of a management team to deliver a wide range of services to students, faculty, and senior management.

1. Two or more years of student affairs and operations management experience in an academic setting.

22. Availability to work evening and weekends and flexible schedules; Tuesday-Saturday and occasionally on Sundays year-round.
