To make an impact, as a director of maintenance at UF Health Shands, you will:
- Coordinate, oversee, and manage administrative and operational tasks for the department as outlined in Attachment A, "Departmental Objective, Facility Maintenance Department."
- Successfully candidates mu pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
To achieve excellence in this full-time role, we’re looking for:
- More than five-plus years of experience in hospital maintenance management with an AA degree or ten-plus years of hospital maintenance experience with at least six of those years in hospital maintenance management.
- Experience at the master craftsmen level in one of the facility disciplines is preferred, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical or structural and you must have a broad understanding of all these disciplines.
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday
