Reports to the PC System Support Manager. The PC Systems Specialist – Level 1 must have a clear understanding of systems functionality and/or departmental processes as they relate to the supported system/application(s). Strong technical, organizational and communication skills are required for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, peripheral and software application issues. May be responsible for assisting with projects. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member in a solution-oriented, customer-focused environment.
**M-F- 8am-5pm**
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Necessary Skills:
1. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Must have strong understanding/experience relative to PC's.
Required Experience:
One to two (1-2) years’ experience in an applicable technical field. Working knowledge of PC hardware and software.

Associate’s Degree in an applicable field.
