As a Loan Consultant, you’ll be challenged to deliver outstanding service through our vision of People. Passion. Purpose and ensure that our members have a first-class experience in our loan department, each and every time they visit us.

What You’ll Do:

· Be a face for our brand by having a friendly disposition, positive attitude and of course, by wearing a smile!

· Listen. Our members need to know that they have our undivided attention, whether it be in person, over the phone or even through email or text. Listening is 100% of the job and crucial to any position here at the credit union.

· Provide Solutions (This is where your stellar listening skills come in!). You’ll need to identify what kind of loan is best for the member's financial needs - and then walk them through the easy process of completing a loan, even if you have to think outside the box!

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
