Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and other fixtures to ensure a sparkling appearance.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms for the convenience of occupants.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor for resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies at all times.
Skills:
- Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate floor care machines like buffers for floor care maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
