What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECRUITER-HUMAN RESOURCES position at UHS of Delaware, Inc.?

Responsibilities:
RECRUITER - HUMAN RESOURCES-FULL-TIME

The Recruiter for the Human Resources Department will have primary rersponsibility for all internal and external recruitment through utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), external/internal job boards, participation in Job Fairs and Career Open House events. Additional responsibilites will be conducting pre-employment processes and assisting with orientation. The Recruiter will also have occassion responsibility for some HR Generalist duties as a back-up.

Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS)
is a 178-bed acute care facility located in Streamwood,IL and has been providing mental health treatment to the Chicagoland community and the state of Illinois since 1991. Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related area is preferred. Must have demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS ATS system preferred. Health care experience is preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
: PHR is preferred. Primary Source Verification shall be required through HRCI.
