Responsibilities

HealthLinkNow is seeking a talented, Business Development Liaison who will under the direction of the CEO work to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities that align with HealthLinkNow’s overall growth and retention strategy. This individual will orchestrate new business development through all phases – generation, exploration, assessment, financial and legal modeling, procurement, and contract. In this role the individual must have the ability to envision new business opportunities and the perseverance and aptitude to execute. The Business Development Liaison must build a long-term and sustainable business development strategy and relationships needed to support growth and revenue objectives.  The Business Development Liaison will be supported by administrative resources within HealthLinkNow and UHS Corporate team members.

Possible Remote Position

HealthLinkNow (HLN) is an integrated network of psychiatrists and licensed mental health providers who care for patients via telehealth. HLN provides support to individuals and facilities experiencing challenges in accessing care. This flexible solution to healthcare is designed to help individuals in need, assist healthcare systems with meeting the immediate needs of their patients and aid in the long-term goals of health centers, clinics and healthcare providers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission.
  • Foster, promote and facilitate profitable deployment of HealthLinkNow’s services and capabilities.
  • Manage all sales and marketing materials, as well as social media platforms.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of all sales, marketing and public relations activities related to current and new channels and partnerships.
  • Lead in the development of new business and strategic partnerships in all internal/external markets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues (executive, leadership and peers) to develop new services.
  • Develop and manage a channel partnership resources.
  • Oversee marketing programs and partner channels that increase the company's revenues and customer base and expand existing channels.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines or bring new product lines to the organization.
  • Promote a customer-oriented focus and advocate consultative customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain high-profile external relationships within customer constituents, professional organizations, etc. (public relations presence).
  • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel and finance as required.
  • Manage negotiations, contracting, and credentialing with health plans.
  • Act as primary contact for partnership continuity.
  • Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced technology skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required. MBA preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in the health field strongly preferred.
