Responsibilities

Job Summary:  Business Relationship Manager for interacting with business facing teams as a member of the Application Development team. The role of the Business Relationship manager is to evolve and grow the Prominence Health technology applications and technology platforms used throughout the organization through strategy, process improvement, feature expansion, new product ideas, design, and implementation of innovative solutions. This role will effectively lead business facing application projects by collaborating with all Prominence Health business departments, internal IT teams, and external partners/vendors to ideate, develop and deliver strategic solutions. In addition, this role is responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of the Prominence Health applications/platforms. Successful candidates will have the combination of business acumen, strategic IT alignment, project management capabilities, product management skills, and technical expertise. Will have also led the ideation and creation of new products.


Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a related technical/business field OR Associate degree and two years in a related technical/business field OR four years of industry related technical/business experience.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or a similar role.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of QNXT, GBAS, IMPACT or other Payor systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and as a member of a team.
