Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital (PCBH) is an 80-bed facility, serving the Adolescent, Adult, and Detox/Rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah.
Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital is seeking an energetic Case Manager to work with a variety of patients! Our Case Manager will coordinate care and provide therapeutic treatment for our in-patient department. The Case Manager performs Social Services functions to assist patients in meeting their needs while assisting them through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of behavioral health. Duties include completing assessments, treatment plans, group therapy, family therapy, and discharge planning.

Case Manager Details:
- This position is Full time, 40 hours per week, day shift
- Carry a caseload and provide group and individual/family sessions
- Provide mentoring, supervision and development opportunities for staff
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
- Must be licensed in the state of Utah.
- Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah state licensure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, crisis intervention, and group and individual psychotherapy required.
