C# Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities

National healthcare organization located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is looking for a C# Programmer/Analyst to join our team.

The right candidate will enjoy creating and maintaining .NET applications and solving business challenges within a dynamic work environment. Must be able to learn quickly, have strong problem solving skills, the ability to think outside the box, have a dedicated work ethic, strong communication skills, a commitment to team-based design, and be excited about learning cutting edge technologies. Having a Bachelor's degree is a big plus (significant work experience can substituted).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET 4.x
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Proven ability to deliver quality data queries, stored procedures and reports on time and on budget
• Ability to work with a team and collaborate on projects and initiatives
• Ability to adapt to change while maintaining a high level of detail
• Desire to improve process efficiency through technology on a daily basis
• Committed to documenting processes and code
• Possess the ability to create, read, and understand business requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively across departmental and organizational boundaries
• Excellent team-player, excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of success and able to multi-task and prioritize workload according to corporate priorities and critical issues.

At least two years of experience with three or more of the technologies listed below

• Microsoft Visual Studio (C#/.NET Framework)
• Microsoft Entity Framework
• Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) – ad hoc queries and stored procedures
• Any Object Oriented Programming Language – JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
• Web technologies: HTML, DHTML, Ajax, etc.
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (development)
• IIS and Web Services

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or three years equivalent industry knowledge and experience (programming, report writing, software support, web site development)
