Responsibilities
| Works under the direction of the CNO to provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Radiology departments. Responsible for the operations of the departments, which includes but is not limited to,performing cardiac catheterization, radiological, paramedical, hemodynamic and therapeutic duties, scheduling and supervision of staff, preparation of capital and operational budgets, evaluating products, ordering supplies, designating job assignments, evaluating staff, resolving complaint issues, equipment maintenance and patient billing and other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications
Minimum of BSN. A MHA or MSN will be required within two years of hire.
