Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as Director of Residential Services. In this role you will be resposible for directing and leading the Residential Treatment Program including ensuring the strategic direction and planning of clinical and program services, program marketing and referral development activities. The Director of Residential Services provides overall leadership of the daily operations of the residential program. Oversees staffing, scheduling, and FTE management. Develops, coordinates, and manages unit programs. Conducts performance improvement activities to achieve benchmark on clinical indicators. Facilitates training and staff development, with an emphasis on high quality residential care delivered in a cost –effective manner.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related feild.
Licensure: Current and valid license in the State of Alaska as an LCSW REQUIRED.
- A minimum two (2) years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting and in a variety of functional areas in a hospital or other related healthcare setting required.
- Relevant experience and demonstrated skill in data aggregation and interpretation, analysis and process improvement required. Including: experience collecting and interpreting patient information and incident data at the medical staff and organizational level required.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency standards, rules and regulations (i.e., The Joint Commission, CMMS, DHHS, etc.) required.
- Knowledge of instructional skills, skill analysis, and group dynamics. Thorough knowledge of techniques and methods of adult education required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications required.
